I agree about how you read ISO-10206:6.9.3.5. It is like BP, just with
`otherwise' instead of `else'. Without a `:' after `otherwise'.
So GNU Pascal was wrong here from the very beginning. Unless there are
other compilers to keep compatibility with, I will change that.
