As far as I understand "on SB16.Can" this program is specialized to the
DJGPP platform with a SB16-compatible sound card, correct?

What are your licensing terms?  GNU GPL/LGPL (recommended)?

If you have a README for your program, we could place it next to it.

You mean: a new version of RHIDE?  I don't know.  Ask Robert Hoehne at the
DJGPP newsgroup, news://comp.os.msdos.djgpp.
