You may not have a linker installed. With the latest alpha releases I
included as.exe and ld.exe, so you have a complete set. For older releases
you must have the appropriate cygwin32 development tools installed.
Beware: evil things will happen if you mix cygwin32 binaries from
different beta releases (i.e.: a b18 GPC binary with a b14 assembler or
vice versa). This is why I started to include all necessary tools lately.
But in that case you should have found cygwin.dll included too....
