New gpc-970510 for DJGPP (Was: Installed Alpha 04/20 - Can't link)

I am uploading a new binary distribution for DJGPP which has Jan-Jaap's
`specs.gpc' and simultaneously fixes the bug in the info documentation.
(But it still versions to 2.0, not to 970610 as promised, because I was
too lazy to recompile GPC.)

Correct.  But now I will remove `djgpp.lnk'.
