Peter already has a BPCOMPAT package which implements some of
the Borland RTL routines. I myself am implementing some more. Some
of this has involved importing some functions from the C library. I am
also producing Pascal UNITs for many of the C headers (io.h, stdio.h,
stdlib.h, ctype.h, dos.h, dir.h, etc). When all this is finished, it will be 
released to the GPC community.
