Oops! I think I ought to know if our university was moving... :-)

I guess he meant he was moving to another university, since his new
mail address (from the FPK homepage) is
klaempfl@haegar.cip.mw.tu-muenchen.de

Well, at least currently the above URL does exist, I just checked.
Indeed, there is "H2PP.ZIP" (convert C header files to pascal units)
there, but I didn't try it out yet.
