GNU's Bulletin: GNU Pascal news item?_(re)

According to Bulletin Editor:

I am just writing an announcement for the next official release of GNU
Pascal (to be released as soon as some administrative stuff is done),
so I could write that piece, too.  When I have a draft, I will post it
to the GPC list, so we can improve it together.  Okay?
