new GPC/djgpp-v2.01 binaries

Hello folks,

I upgraded my djgpp setup to v2.01 and rebuilt GPC for this setup. This time
I checked whether no files are missing from the binary distribution, let me
know if you still have problems. FAQ and short installation instructions are
included.

I also uploaded a development snapshot of RHIDE which can do stepping,
tracing etc. with GPC. PLEASE DO NOT DISTRIBUTE THIS FILE !!!! It's meant to
be a demo of things to come, I don't do RHIDE so I can't help you if it
doesn't work for you.
