Why? gpc normally uses texinfo to provide online help.  It seems better
than man pages.  It also looks better printed, and you can also use with
Web-browsers (check the FSF's homepage for this).  

If you really  want a man page, there must be a program somewhere to
convert texinfo to man pages.  If there isn't, I don't think writing
one  would be difficult.
